Introduction

 Fermentation strain: Trichoderma reesei

It is composed of many components, which can effectively degrade cellulose fibers into simple sugars, improve feed utilization, increase the amount of unconventional raw materials, and reduce costs. 

Definition of Activity

One unit of cellulase is defined as the amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1μmol of reducing sugar per minute from 4.0mmol/L sodium carboxymethyl cellulose substrates at 37℃ and pH 5.5.

Product Characteristics

1. Originating from many second generation of Trichoderma reesei transformed by bioengineering technology;with more reasonable distribution of enzymes, better characteristics and higher enzymatic efficiency than other cellulases.

2. The optimized genetic engineering strains, advanced liquid submerged fermentation technology and unique post-processing technology ensure the high activity and stability of cellulase.

3. The optimal temperature is 60℃.
