Diclazuril Premix

Diclazuril Premix is an anticoccidial in the benzeneacetonitrile group that treats coccidiosis in calves from the pathogenic Eimeria species (E.ovinoidalis, E.crandallis, Eimeria bovis, and Eimeria zuernii). It affects the asexual or sexual development of the parasite. It can be categorized into:

1) For therapeutic use in lambs. The dosage should be about 1 mg per kg of bodyweight for a single administration.
2) For preventative use, the dosage should be 1 mg per kg of bodyweight during the peak risk period and potentially a second treatment is administered after three weeks.
